What is The Dark Light?

The Dark Light was founded nearly 4 years ago by a group of friends who wanted to set up a role play guild. Over the next 3 years people came and went, but some of the ‘nearly originals’ are still dedicated to making this a guild you will love. On other pages you will see some of the history of our guild and perhaps an explanation of why gnomes are fair target for some of our members……

We care about our members and like to involve them in our activities. Not everyone enjoys rp, but be warned that when we put on rp events we like people to come along and join in – so think twice about joining the guild if you are not interested. We are working towards heroic dungeons and have not yet tackled Cata raids and you might feel you can help us towards this. There are usually enough of us to join in a dungeon with a full guild group – most of us have numerous alts of all levels and classes.

When you have been with us for a while you may be approached by one of the Guardians of the Light, or one of the Dark Knights who will try to recruit you to their faction……..beware. Once you join you will be given tasks and opportunities for promotion and will never look at the other faction in the same way again…….

Anyone who joins us will need a sense of humour and the ability to be sociable with others ingame.

This will be amended and added to as others see it. However, the fact we have lots of members who have been with us for a number of years tells us that we must have something right!
